TERMS OF SERVICEBy purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. If there are any questions or concerns, email me at [email protected].PAYMENT● All payments are done in USD via ko-fi, or in special cases through PayPal invoices. I do NOT accept payments through cheque, direct transfer, gift cards, PayPal's "friends and family" transfers, physical products, or any other method other than ko-fi or PayPal invoices.● Payment is due in full up front for any commission.● Once I begin working on your commission, you are no longer eligible for refunds. This is non-negotiable.ARTISTBy commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.● I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects, unless agreed upon.● I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.● Please remember that our relationship as artist and client is exclusively a professional one. If you commission me just to chat, vent, flirt, or send any other type of inappropriate messages, I may permanently blacklist you from further commissions.COMMISSIONERThe commissioner may upload the work done for you to any website as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries or social media. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal, non-commercial use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.● You may not claim the art to be your own creation.● If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, use for your project(s), as an ad, to resell at conventions, to sell as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc. please contact me and purchase a commercial license.If you are not sure whether your request counts as non-commercial, feel free to ask me about its intended use.ABOUT AI, NFTs, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain● The commissioner is strictly forbidden from minting the commissioned artwork into an NFT;
● I do not allow my artwork to be involved in any sort of cryptocurrency/blockchain trade, commissioned or not.
● My art may NEVER be fed into or otherwise utilized with any sort of AI art generator. Doesn't matter how much you paid, it does not grant you the right to do that.
● This is non-negotiable. Please respect my wishes.PROCEDUREYou understand that I prioritize quality over speed. I will take steps that may be time consuming in order to assure the quality of the final product.Only after payment is received in full will I begin working on your commission.● You will receive a sketch for approval of the pose and composition, at this point you can ask for tweaks until we get it just right.● Once the final sketch is approved I will begin working on the lines and colors, and requesting further changes to the pose and composition will come with fees proportional to the changes.● Adjustments to mistakes I've made by overlooking your reference material will always be fixed without charge.● I do not accept "description only" commissions. You must have at least one visual reference.● Please be clear and concise in your description of what you want me to draw, don't expect me to be able to read your mind. You can use other works and photos you like as reference!A full size .png will be sent to you via your platform of choice once the commission is complete. You may not under any circumstance remove my signature.I WILL NOT DRAWMecha, Gore, Kink, Underage/Childlike NSFW, Incest, Racist Caricatures.This list is subject to changes. Vroid Commissions

PRICING:
Full models range from $250 to $350 based on design complexity.Extra outfits/hairstyles and outfit-only commissions range from $50 to $125.Payment can be done fully upfront, or half upfront and the rest when the model is finished. It's up to the client's preference.THE BASE PRICE INCLUDES:
● One outfit and hairstyle.
● Unity Bone Weight Transfers for hair mesh accessories;
● Blendshapes and .vnchain files required for VNyan's pendulum physics eye jiggles;
● Toggleable expressions: Fun, Joy, Sorrow, Surprised, Angry, Flustered, Tehee, Smug, Flinch;
● HANA Tool blendshapes for iphone ARKit-style tracking data;
● Any necessary changes to the mesh done in blender.ACCESSORIES:If possible I will always resort to using the hair tool to create accessories, however I am also able to model custom accessories in blender upon request. Custom modeled accessories have a much higher quality but greatly increase the final cost of the model, and depending on the amount and complexity of accessories that final cost may exceed the initial $350 threshold.If you have purchased/commissioned 3D accessories from another artist, I can add those to the model and paint their textures at no extra cost.AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME: 1-4 weeks upon payment.
Keep in mind this is not set in stone, however, as time may vary depending on real world circumstances. Please refer to my trello board for updates on your model's progression.

●The Client: refers to any individual who has accepted these terms of service and is commissioning work from the Artist.
●The Commission refers to the agreed upon work that the Artist will complete for the Client.GENERAL● The Artist reserves the right to refuse any Commission request with no explanation necessary;● The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission once it has begun, or cancel a Commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate, or a breach of these Terms of Service caused by the Client.● The Artist will not create any depiction of sexually explicit materials, fetishes, or any form of hateful or racist imagery.● The Artist will not reproduce copyrighted images or characters without consent of their copyright owner, and as it pertains to United States Copyright Law ( http://copyright.gov/title17/ ).● If the Commission is defined as confidential, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client until the Client specifies public display is permitted, or up to 3 months. After that period has passed, the Artist will post the completed work unless there are special circumstances agreed upon.PAYMENT● All payments are done in USD via paypal.● All payments should be made through the invoice method. The Artist will invoice you. The Client must not send any payment without an invoice, it will be refunded.● Payment is due in full up front for any commission.COPYRIGHT / USAGE● The Artist retains every right and ownership to the produced Commission, therefore the Artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to post it, display it and use it to promote their work anywhere.● The Client is allowed to use the copyrighted Commission for personal and commercial purposes, such as livestreaming, promotional content, the creation of merchandising. The Client must credit the Artist for their work.● The Client is allowed to make changes to the Commission, however they must still credit the Artist for their work regardless.● If the Client infringes upon these Terms of Service in any way, every right the Client had to the Commission will be retracted and the Artist may use the Commission in whatever way they see fit, which includes resale and redistribution. The Artist may also publicly warn fellow Artists about a Client's problematic behavior;● The following acts, if taken by the Client are considered an infringement to the terms of service:a. Taking credit for the creation of the Commission;b. Reselling the Commission or taking parts of it (such as meshes and textures) and using them in other Commissions;c. Using the Commission to promote hate speech, which includes but is not limited to displays of racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, pedophilia, and general discrimination;d. Using the Commission in any way to create or promote content related to cryptocurrency or the blockchain.e. Filing a chargeback against the Artist, infringing upon the cancelation/refunds policy.PROCEDURE● The Client must understand that the Artist is chronically ill and prioritizes quality over speed. The Artist will take steps that may be time consuming in order to assure both the quality of the final product and their personal health.● Work on the Commission will only begin after the invoice has been paid for. For Clients who choose a 2-part payment plan, this refers to the first invoice.● The Artist will provide rough Work In Progress images as they reach certain milestones, or by the Client's request, and pause work on the Commission until the Client communicates their approval of the changes. The Artist does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the Client not responding in a timely fashion.● The Artist does not accept "description only" Commissions. The Client must provide visual reference of the entire design. These do not need to be professional reference sheets, they can be things such as picrews, collages, moodboards, among others.● The Artist takes at least 2 rest days per week, with potential to increase based on unforeseeable circumstances such as holidays and personal health. The Artist reserves the right to not answer messages relating to the Commission during their rest days, even if they are otherwise active on social media.● For the Clients who choose a 2-part payment plan, the .vrm files will only be sent upon the second invoice has been paid for.● After a Commission is finished, the Artist offers revisions only immediately within the first 48 hours after the delivery of the Commission.● Revision based on mistakes the Artist makes by overlooking details on the Client's reference material will always be fixed without a fee.● If a revision is requested on design aspects that were previously approved by the Client, or after 48 hours, a revision fee will be charged based on the amount of work required.CANCELING/REFUND POLICY● The Artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for the Commission at any time.● The Client has no right to demand a refund from the Artist under any circumstances after work on the Commission has begun.● If money has not been sent yet and the Artist has not started working on the Commission, the Client has the right to cancel the Commission.● If the Client has chosen a 2-part payment plan and refuses to pay for the second invoice, the artist retains the right to modify and distribute the in-progress Commission to third parties in order to make up for the loss in revenue. The first invoice will not be refunded.By finalizing payment of the invoice, the Client confirms they have read and agree to the Terms of Service listed.
